Commander-in-Chief John W. Stroud

John W. Stroud was elected Commander-in-Chief of the Veterans of Foreign Wars on July 23, 2014, at the VFW’s 115th National Convention, held in St. Louis, Mo.  
 
Stroud served in the U.S. Air Force from 1976-1997, including a tour in Korea in 1992-1993 with the 51st Fighter Wing at Osan Air Base as a Flight Operations Superintendent. His decorations include four Meritorious Service Medals, three Air Force Commendation Medals, three Air Force Achievement Medals, the Korea Defense Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal...

Senior Vice Commander-in-Chief John A. Biedrzycki

John A. Biedrzycki, Jr. was elected Senior Vice Commander-in-Chief of the Veterans of Foreign Wars on July 23, 2014, at the VFW’s 115th National Convention, held in St. Louis, Mo.

Biedrzycki served in the U. S. Army from 1967-1970. He served in Korea as a Pay Distribution Specialist with the 7th Infantry Division.  His decorations include the National Defense Service Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal and Korean Defense Medal...

Junior Vice Commander-in-Chief Brian J. Duffy

Brian J. Duffy was elected Junior Vice Commander-in-Chief of the Veterans of Foreign Wars on July 23, 2014, at the VFW’s 115th National Convention, held in St. Louis, Mo.  
 
Duffy served in the United States Air Force as a Jet Engine Mechanic on F-4 "Phantom" fighter aircraft and later transitioned and served as a Flight Engineer on the C-141 "Starlifter" Transport aircraft...

The VFW National Council of Administration is comprised of elected National Officers the Adjutant General, Chief of Staff and Inspector General.
