Engaging local affiliates of corporate supporters strengthens the VFW’s relationships and in turn, strengthens our ability to support America's service members, veterans and their families! Through select grant programs, your Post may be eligible to receive funding by working with the local affiliate of one of our National supporters.

A list of eligible partners is provided below.

Burger King

Since 2007, participating BURGER KING® Franchisees have held an annual fundraiser benefiting the VFW's Unmet Needs program. Encouraging their patrons to donate $1 or more with their meal purchase has resulted in more than $6 million being raised to date for military and veteran families in need.

Sport Clips

Since 2007, Sport Clips Haircuts, the Official Haircutter of the VFW, has been dedicated to helping service members, veterans and their families through their Help A Hero program, through free calls home and the VFW's "Sport Clips Help A Hero Scholarship" program.

Humana

Humana has had a longstanding relationship with the military and is committed to the well-being of all veterans. Humana sponsors several large events across the country to support veterans and has also contributed $50,000 to the VFW’s National Veterans Service program.

Walgreens

Walgreens, one of the nation's largest drugstore chains, is included in the Retail Pharmacy USA Division of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (NASDAQ: WBA), the first global pharmacy-led, health and wellbeing enterprise.

Ace Hardware

Ace Hardware has over 5,000 stores around the world with the majority of those stores independently owned and operated by local entrepreneurs. These hard working men and women are part of the fabric of local communities. They are small business owners who are local and loyal...just like it ought to be.
