VFW Member Dispatch
February 2019

In only a few weeks, VFW members from across the country will converge in our nation’s capital to discuss the VFW’s legislative priorities with America’s elected representatives during the annual VFW Legislative Conference, March 3-7.

From ending sequestration and ensuring the proper implementation of the VA Mission Act, to eliminating sexual assaults in the military, expanding gender-specific programs and supporting the research into medical cannabis efficacy, the VFW’s 2019 Priority Goals work to ensure the voices of America’s more than 22 million veterans are heard loud and clear.

Be sure to watch the livestream of the Voice of Democracy and Patriot’s Pen Parade of Winners at www.vfw.org/VFWDC2019 on March 4, and then again on Wednesday afternoon for the delayed livestream of VFW National Commander Lawrence’s testimony before Congress.

Can’t attend the conference? Follow along on social by searching #VFWDC2019.

Respectfully,

Your VFW Membership Team
