VFW Member Dispatch
January 2019

As we kick off 2019, it’s important to remember that the VFW’s work is never done. We must use the motivation that comes with a new year to ensure we “Make it Happen” in 2019.

Now is the time to go out into your community to tell them what the VFW does and why our mission is so important. Encourage your Post to spearhead a community service project, or visit with your local Student Veterans of America chapter.

Make this year, the year of making a difference. Arm yourself with our 2019 Priority Goals, and contact your state’s representatives in the new 116th Congress to voice your concerns over the proper implementation of the VA Mission Action of 2018 and ending sequestration.

Your service to our nation proves you have what it takes to “Make it Happen” and get the job done. You’re the reason the VFW can proudly proclaim “NO ONE DOES MORE FOR VETERANS!”

Respectfully,

Your VFW Membership Team
