President Barack Obama addresses the 113th National Convention of the VFW
Media wishing to cover President Obama's remarks must RSVP no later than Saturday, July 21 at 3:00 PM PDT, to JMcDonald@vfw.org. In the email, for each individual, please include full legal name, media outlet, role (reporter/videographer/still photographer), if riser space is requested, and if live truck parking is requested.

Live Truck Parking: Directed on site, must park and run cable at 7:00 AM PDT and remain in place through the event.
Media Pre-set time: None; television equipment should report for screening at 7:00 AM PDT.
Media Entrance: Southeast Entrance, directed on site
Media Access time: Television equipment at 7:00 AM, all others at 9:00 AM PDT.
Final Media Access: 11:00 AM PDT
Time: The VFW Conference begins at 8:00 AM and runs all day. President Obama is expected to speak approximately 12:30 PM PDT.
