Veterans of Foreign Wars of the U.S.

Founded in 1899, the congressionally chartered VFW is the nation's largest and oldest major war veterans organization. With more than 1.5 million VFW and Auxiliary members located in over 6,000 Posts worldwide, the nonprofit organization is dedicated to veterans’ service, legislative advocacy, and military and community service programs.

VFW Auxiliary

Established 1914, members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary set out to serve the veterans of this country and their communities in honor of the sacrifices and commitment of every man and woman who has served in uniform.

VFW Store

Established in 1912, the VFW Store provides income to support VFW programs through the sale of emblematic and patriotic merchandise. It continues that mission today and the revenue generated goes to help veterans, military service members and their families!

Ace Hardware

Since 2018, ACE Hardware along with Valley Forge Flag Co., have collaborated by providing over 1 million U.S. flags to customers and VFW Posts throughout the country to be placed on veteran graves in honor of America's fallen heroes on Memorial Day.

Burger King

Since 2007, participating BURGER KING® franchisees have held an annual fundraiser benefiting the VFW's Unmet Needs program. Encouraging their patrons to donate $1 or more with their meal purchase has resulted in more than $7.2 million being raised to date to provide veterans and military families with basic life needs. Humana

Humana has had a longstanding relationship with the military and is committed to the well-being of all veterans. Humana is a frequent supporter of VFW programs like NVS and the key VFW partner in our Uniting to Combat Hunger campaign through which millions of meals have been provided to the food insecure.

Sport Clips

Since 2007, Sport Clips Haircuts, the Official Haircutter of the VFW, has been dedicated to helping service members, veterans and their families through their Help A Hero program, through free calls home and the VFW's "Sport Clips Help A Hero Scholarship" program.
