VFW magazine is moving to a new schedule beginning in 2024. Starting with the January issue, VFW will begin a gradual process to transition the magazine to a digital-only publication by 2028.
VFW currently publishes and mails 10 issues of VFW magazine each year to all VFW members and VFW magazine subscribers. In January, six of those issues will be printed and mailed. The other four issues will be digital issues available on VFW’s website. We will send you an email with a link to the digital issue.
If you know of fellow members who do not receive Checkpoint, they also will not receive a link to the magazine. Members can go to VFW’s Online Membership System (OMS) by scanning the QR code seen here or by contacting VFW’s Member Service Center.
We recognize that a printed VFW magazine is important to many of our members, so VFW will accommodate those who want to continue receiving a printed version of the digital issues.
